We connect HubSpot to the ERPs that run wholesale distribution: Epicor Eclipse (built twice, in production), Prophet 21, and Agility. Your reps get order history, pricing context, and reorder signals inside the CRM they'll actually open.
Your ERP knows everything: who bought what, at which price tier, from which branch, and when they stopped. Your CRM knows almost none of it. So your team works from memory, spreadsheets, and lookups in a second system.
Every service line below comes from real engagements with distributors and industrial companies.
Epicor Eclipse, built twice and live in production, on-prem, behind VPNs. Agility ERP in build on the same architecture. Prophet 21 offered on the same open-API approach. Deletion sync, historical data, complex field mapping, ongoing sync: the backbone of a distribution CRM. See Eclipse and Prophet 21.
Counter, inside, and outside sales are different motions. We build pipelines for each: reorder-driven account management for the inside team, territory and route structure for field reps, and account hierarchies for multi-branch customers. Built on our proven HubSpot implementation process.
The quiet churn killer in distribution. We build automation that watches reorder gaps by account and product line, flags accounts going quiet, and puts them in front of the right rep before the competitor's truck does.
Branch performance, reorder rates, at-risk accounts, pipeline by rep, margin by product line. Dashboards leadership actually opens.
Inherited a messy CRM? We map it, cut what shouldn't be there, and rebuild around what matters. Then we stay involved. Cooney Brothers and Fairbank Equipment are both ongoing.
We manage dedicated n8n servers at roughly 60% of Zapier's equivalent plan. n8n runs on-prem inside a VPN, which is how we reach on-prem ERPs that Zapier and Celigo can't touch.
We've built the Eclipse integration twice (both on-prem, behind VPNs), we're mid-build on Agility, and we offer Prophet 21 on the same open-API architecture. If your distribution business runs on any of the three, the hard parts are already solved or already scoped. Read our Eclipse integration approach, our Prophet 21 page, or talk to us directly.
Named clients, specific outcomes, real quotes. Every proof point below is a live engagement.

Fair question, and the vendors won't give you a straight answer. Purpose-built distribution CRMs exist, and they're legitimate: tight ERP coupling out of the box, distribution-specific screens, rep workflows designed for reorder selling.
Where they fall short is everything around the sale: marketing, lead capture, email automation, quoting workflows, service tickets, and reporting that leadership can shape without a vendor ticket. That's platform territory, and it's why distributors who want one system for the whole revenue team keep landing on HubSpot plus an ERP integration.
We only build the second one, so weight our take accordingly. But we'd rather you pick the right tool than become a bad-fit client.
Not credentials. The things that change whether a distributor gets a CRM that works or one that gets abandoned six months after go-live.
Two Eclipse builds live, Agility in flight, Prophet 21 offered on the same architecture. Deletion workflows most integrations skip, field mapping for data other vendors can't reach, and n8n running on-prem inside the VPN, which is how it reaches these systems at all.
Counter, inside, and field are different jobs. Pricing tiers matter. Reorder gaps matter more than MQLs. We've built for this, not adapted a SaaS template to it.
Clear scope, phased delivery, go-live, then improve. Cooney Brothers and Fairbank both have ongoing work, because the real optimization happens after the team is in the system.
Yes, with one condition: it has to be connected to your ERP. Out of the box, HubSpot doesn't know your order history, pricing tiers, or reorder patterns. Integrated with Eclipse, Prophet 21, or Agility, it becomes a distribution CRM: reps see account context, automation watches reorder gaps, and leadership gets pipeline visibility without spreadsheets.
It depends on your sales motion. Purpose-built distribution CRMs are strong for purely reorder-driven teams that live in the ERP. HubSpot plus an ERP integration wins when you have outside reps, marketing, or leadership reporting needs in the same system. We build the second one, so read our comparison above with that in mind.
Epicor Eclipse (built twice, live in production, on-prem behind VPNs), DMSi Agility (in build), and Epicor Prophet 21 (offered on the same open-API architecture; see our Prophet 21 page for the honest state of that work). Custom and legacy ERPs too, if there's an API or database we can reach.
Relationship and activity data: contacts, companies, deals, quotes, order history summaries, last purchase date, and account spend. The ERP stays the source of truth for transactions: orders, invoices, inventory, and pricing. Ten years of line-item history does not belong in a CRM.
For a one-way sync from a standard ERP to HubSpot, 4-8 weeks from kickoff to live data, depending on ERP complexity, VPN access, and data cleanliness. Two-way sync adds time. We scope before committing to a timeline, fixed fee.
Cost and reach. We manage dedicated n8n servers at roughly 60% of Zapier's equivalent plan, and n8n runs on-prem inside a client VPN at no extra cost, which is the only way to reach certain on-prem ERPs at all. Celigo runs around $15k/year before configuration.
Yes. We map what's there, cut what's broken or redundant, and rebuild around what matters. Cleanup is one of the most common starting points for new distribution clients, and when the fix is moving platforms entirely, our HubSpot migration services cover that.
