ProfitPad Consulting Inc. (“ProfitPad,” “we”) is based in Vancouver, British Columbia. This policy explains what personal information we collect through profitpad.com and our ads, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- What you give us: your name, work email, phone, company, job title, and anything you write when you book a call, fill in a form, or submit a LinkedIn lead form.
- What your browser sends: pages visited, referring site, and device and browser type, collected through cookies and tracking pixels (Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag).
Why we use it
- To reply to you, run the call you booked, and send what you asked for, such as a cost check.
- To follow up about our services. You can opt out at any time.
- To measure which ads and pages work, and to show our ads to people who have visited our site.
We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run our business: HubSpot (CRM and email), LinkedIn and Meta (advertising and measurement), Webflow (website hosting), and Google Workspace (email and documents). Some of these providers are based in the United States, so your information may be stored and processed outside Canada.
How long we keep it
For as long as we have an active conversation or business relationship with you, then up to two years for our records, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information, or to stop receiving marketing emails, by writing to us. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can block cookies in your browser settings and manage ad preferences in your LinkedIn and Meta account settings.
