FAQ

How do I know if my ERP can connect to HubSpot?

Check four things: whether API access is included in your ERP licence, whether the ERP runs in the cloud or on your own server, whether orders can be created through the API, and whether the API reports deleted records. If the ERP has a usable API, it can be connected.

How much does an ERP to HubSpot integration cost?

Our ERP sync is a fixed fee of $15,000 to $20,000, one-way or two-way, set after a free 30-minute review and confirmed access to your ERP. Hosting is billed monthly by task volume, and HubSpot licensing is separate.

Which ERPs has ProfitPad connected to HubSpot?

We’ve shipped two Epicor Eclipse integrations and one Agility integration. Prophet 21 uses the same approach as Eclipse, though we haven’t shipped a P21 project yet. For another ERP with a usable API, we scope it after a free review and tell you plainly if we haven’t built it before.
