We have connected Epicor Eclipse and custom on-prem ERPs to HubSpot in production, behind VPNs. We can do the same for yours.
The ERP has everything: customer history, product data, pricing tiers, order records. The CRM has almost none of it, or worse, stale data the team stopped trusting months ago.
Every service line below comes from real engagements with manufacturers, distributors, and equipment companies.
Epicor Eclipse and custom on-prem ERPs, delivered in production. On-prem installations, VPN access, complex field mapping, deletion workflows, and ongoing sync — the backbone of HubSpot for industrial distribution. We have built the architecture twice for Eclipse alone. Other agencies decline this scope. We have done it and documented it.
Field reps, territory assignment, quote-to-close deal flows, and account hierarchies for multi-location buyers. Not a SaaS pipeline. A CRM that reflects how industrial teams actually sell, built on our proven HubSpot implementation process.
When native HubSpot quoting isn't enough, we build it. Custom iPad apps for field reps with product configurators, margin visibility, offline sync, and one-tap push to HubSpot deals. In production with California Mobility.
Territory performance, account reactivation signals, pipeline by rep, close rate by product line. Dashboards leadership actually opens, not just admires in a demo.
Inherited a messy CRM? We map it, cut what shouldn't be there, and rebuild around what matters. Then we stay involved. Cooney Brothers, California Mobility, Fairbank, Fowler, Cypress Vending, all ongoing.
We manage dedicated n8n servers at roughly 60% of Zapier's equivalent plan. n8n can run on-prem inside a VPN, which is how we reach on-prem ERPs that Zapier and Celigo can't touch. Faster to build, cheaper to run.
We have completed two Eclipse integrations with HubSpot in production, both on-prem, both behind VPNs. If your team runs on Eclipse, we have already solved the hard parts of an Epicor Eclipse HubSpot integration. Read about our Eclipse integration approach or talk to us directly.
Named clients, specific outcomes, real quotes. Every proof point below is a live engagement.
“ProfitPad finished the data integration in about 2 months, and that was over the holidays. Chris dove head-first into our antiquated ERP and found creative ways to capture hard-to-get-at data.”

“Stellar, stellar experience! Blown away by their expertise, guidance, and drive… simply the best.”

“ProfitPad did an amazing job automating our systems, which has saved our team a lot of time and headaches. Their expertise didn't stop there—they're now optimizing our sales process, making everything smoother and more efficient. Highly recommend.”

California Mobility's reps quote stairlifts and home elevators on-site, on an iPad. Mobileforce was 2–3 seconds per click and $650/month. We replaced it with a custom app for $500/month that works offline and closes deals at the kitchen table.

The rep's workflow, start to finish
Arrive at the customer's home. Survey the stairs and discuss needs.
Open the CPQ app on the iPad. Show the customer product images and pricing for each model.
Configure the product. Compatible add-ons filter automatically. Load a pre-made package or build from scratch.
Tap Create Quote. Deal updates in HubSpot. Signable quote with payment link generated instantly.
Enter the customer's email and tap Send. Quote and payment link delivered before the rep leaves the house.
Selecting a product shows only compatible add-ons. No invalid configurations.
Reps see margin percentages. Customers see only the price. One tap to switch.
Below 30% margin triggers a reduced commission flag. No override without approval.
Captures data in the field. Syncs when back on network. Works in basements and weak-signal areas.
Tax calculated based on the customer's location. No manual lookup.
One tap to load your most common configurations. Edit from there.
Creates the deal and line items, triggers quote generation. No double entry.
Polished enough to show on-site. Not an internal tool that looks like one.
Not credentials. The things that change whether an industrial company gets a CRM that works or one that gets abandoned six months after go-live.
Not a demo. A real data pipeline with one-way or two-way sync, deletion workflows most integrations skip, and field mapping for data other vendors can't reach. Eclipse doesn't notify you when a record is deleted. We built around that. n8n runs on-prem inside the VPN, which is how it reaches these systems at all.
Custom iPad CPQ apps for field reps. Product lookup pages on n8n with sub-second response times. When HubSpot is enough, we use HubSpot. When it isn't, we build. The California Mobility CPQ app and the Fairbank product inquiry page are both live and in daily use.
Clear scope, phased delivery, go-live, then improve. Cooney Brothers, Fairbank, California Mobility, Fowler, Cypress Vending. All have ongoing work because the real optimization happens after the team is in the system.
Yes. We have completed two Eclipse integrations in production, on-prem, behind VPNs. The sync covers contacts, companies, deals, and line items, including deletion workflows most integrations skip. n8n runs on-prem inside the client VPN, which is what makes it possible to reach an on-prem Eclipse installation at all. See our Eclipse integration page for technical detail.
Yes. We specialize in ERP integrations other agencies decline, including legacy systems running on-prem behind VPNs. Using n8n as the middleware layer, we build direct data pipelines with custom field mapping and ongoing sync. If your ERP has an API or database we can reach, we can connect it — Epicor Eclipse, DMSi Agility ERP, or fully custom systems. An Agility ERP HubSpot integration follows the same n8n architecture we have already delivered for Eclipse.
For a one-way sync from a standard ERP to HubSpot, 4–8 weeks from kickoff to live data, depending on ERP complexity, VPN access, and how clean the source data is. Two-way sync and custom field mapping add time. We scope each engagement before committing to a timeline.
HubSpot should hold relationship and activity data: contacts, companies, deals, quotes, and communication history. The ERP should stay the source of truth for transactional data: orders, invoices, inventory, and pricing. Order history, last purchase date, and account spend are useful in HubSpot. Full order line item history for 10 years is not.
One-way means ERP data flows into HubSpot only. Two-way means changes in HubSpot also update the ERP. We recommend one-way unless there's a clear reason to write back, because two-way sync is harder to maintain and easier to corrupt. We have built both.
Cost and control. We manage dedicated n8n servers at roughly 60% of Zapier's equivalent plan. Celigo runs around $15k/year plus per-endpoint fees and was significantly slower to build in during our Fairbank engagement. Most importantly, n8n can run on-prem inside a client VPN at no extra cost, which is the only way to reach certain on-prem ERP systems at all.
When reps quote in the field on mobile, when products have complex dependency rules, when margin visibility needs to be hidden from customers, or when offline support matters. Native HubSpot quotes work for simple configurations. Beyond that, a custom app is faster and more reliable. We have one in production with a live demo available.
Yes. We map what's there, identify what's broken or redundant, and rebuild around what matters. We have also built automated deduplication workflows that merge thousands of duplicate company records cleanly. Rescue and cleanup is one of the most common starting points for new industrial clients, and when the fix is moving platforms entirely, our HubSpot migration services cover that too.
